About Us
MAC Construction & Development, LLC is a family-owned construction company built on experience, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As a company with deep roots in the Northwest Arkansas community, we take pride in building homes and projects that contribute to the growth and character of the area we live and work in.
David, a co-founder of the company, has over 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. His background includes residential construction, renovations, and problem-solving skills developed through decades of real-world work. His experience provides a strong foundation for quality craftsmanship and practical decision-making on every job.
Keenan, co-founder and son of David, grew up around the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience and a practical understanding of the trade from an early age. He currently has served 18 years in the United States Army, where he has developed strong leadership, discipline, planning, and accountability skills. In addition to his military and construction background, Keenan holds a Masters in Business Administration, bringing a strong foundation in business strategy, financial management, and organizational leadership to the company. This combination of experience shapes how MAC Construction & Development operates today—providing structured project management, clear communication, realistic budgeting, and dependable execution on every project.
We specialize in custom homes, residential remodels, and property development, working closely with homeowners and investors to deliver well-built projects with transparency, realistic expectations, and attention to detail from initial planning through completion.
